Era Chaudhary
Era blends over 13 years of experience in management consulting and AI-driven technology, having worked with global leaders like McKinsey & Company and Soroco. She has guided Fortune 500 executives on strategy, digital transformation, and AI adoption, turning complex challenges into practical outcomes.
But beyond the boardroom, Era is a curious problem solver who thrives on building products that truly make a difference. Known for her customer-first approach and high standards of excellence, she stands by her teams and partners with transparency and empathy.
Outside of work, she’s as comfortable trekking through the mountains as she is navigating tough business problems. For her, AlignXQ is more than a company. It’s a long-term mission to create products that help organizations unlock their best selves.
Abhishek Solanki
Abhishek is a two-time entrepreneur with a successful exit, consultant and angel investor with 15+ years of experience designing SaaS platforms and enterprise solutions. He has led global teams across startups and large enterprises, mastering the art of scaling technology with clarity and purpose.
What defines Abhishek is his ability to simplify complexity, turning tough business and technical challenges into products that are both elegant and scalable. He’s driven by high standards of success, and believes that the right teams when trusted, can achieve anything.
When not building, he’s usually outdoors, trekking or experimenting with beers & cocktails. For him, AlignXQ is a company where his love for entrepreneurship and building niche products blend perfectly.
